Saturdays inspire me!!
Happy Saturday everyone! I made this lovely flower necklace today and wanted to share it with you all. It's hard to see the colors in the pictures but its red, white and black. I can't wait to make more of these as gifts and for the show at Glendale, Ky in May. I think I may jazz it up a bit and add some metal embellishments, lace or maybe some rhinestones. The possibilities are endless. Let me know what you think! Goodnight! :)

Introduction!!! :)
I want to take a minute to introduce myself and what I do with you all. I am a 33 year old mother of two beautiful boys, married to my husband Neil of 11 years. I work as a Nurse and X-ray technician at a family practice here in my hometown of Louisville Kentucky. My family is my heart and soul along with my love of paper crafts. I started out doing family scrapbooks and handmade gifts for family and friends many years ago. Since then it has grown to craft shows and has become a great love of mine, along with my dear friend Becki whom shares the same love that I do. I hope to someday have a store of my own in which to showcase my work. I love thinking "outside of the box" when it comes to the pieces I create. I love making something from nothing and being able to share it with others to enjoy. Which brings me here to my blog to share it with all of you. Here is one of the pieces I made recently. I had so much fun making it and playing with different flowers, embellishments and materials.
